Teacher Love Sale

Have you heard the great news? TpT is having a 2-day sale to celebrate each and every teacher for all that we do to educate the beautiful children that enter our classrooms each day!

I am joining many other bloggers, and celebrating teachers, by putting my entire TpT store on sale for 20% off May 6-7. When you use the promo code above, you will get another 10% off your purchases! That means, it's time to stock up on those end of the year items, units, and products that you have put on your wish list or been eyeing for awhile, all at a HUGE discount! Here are a few items you will want to check out:

Are you looking for a fun activity or great bulletin board idea for the last month of school? Then, this may just be the project for you-Flipping Out For Summer! I have my students answer questions about things they like about summer. Each student then makes a pair of flip flops that represents their answers. All the templates, questions, and glyph key are included to make this a simple and easy project and fabulous addition to your classroom.

Getting Ready For THIRD Grade is a great packet to use the last few weeks of school. It can also be sent home for extra summer practice. I usually give it to my kids the last week of school. We work on some of the pages together and they rest that is not complete goes home with them. It reviews all the second grade Common Core standards!

Not only do I like to keep my students prepared over the summer, but their PARENTS too! This editable Parent Preparation Packet does the trick. I make a simple packet to send home with the first grade students who will be entering second grade in the fall. It includes a grade level cover, an overview of expectations page, sight word lists, writing example pages, fluency example, supplies lists, suggested websites and workbooks to use over the summer, as well as, a Box Top collection page. The best part about this packet is that it is EDITABLE, so you can customize it to fit your classroom and grade level needs!

Thank you to each and everyone of you for dedicating your life to molding, loving, and encouraging all the young minds that enter your classroom each day! Our job is a tough one! Continue to nourish those minds and watch them grow! Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!

  1. It is Renee over at the science school yard. In our district we have science as a special or encore so that our teachers get prep and our students are assured an hour of science a week. We need more time and it isn't perfect but I love it.
